PNI Digital Media — automating builds and releases

I worked as a contract Software Release Engineer at PNI Digital Media from October 2019 to 2020. I configured CI/CD and build pipelines for web applications, REST APIs, and legacy systems using Visual Studio .NET, Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), Git, and PowerShell.

Shorter, more repeatable releases

The pipeline work reduced deployment time by 50% and saved four hours of manual effort per release. Build-pipeline and code-review process improvements reduced release-cycle time by 80%.

I also resolved all 50 pending Jira tickets within one month as part of incident management, improving team workflow and release readiness.
