Payload Technologies — improving the eManifest platform

I worked as a contract Software Developer at Payload Technologies from March to May 2021, improving an eManifest platform used in heavy-vehicle transport. The work included application changes, code reviews, and new feature development using Visual Studio .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, and GitHub.

Improving performance and reducing defects

In three months, the improvements raised application performance by 20%. New features and maintenance also reduced the defect backlog by 25%.

The platform supported completeness and compliance for hundreds of heavy vehicles in transport. I contributed code reviews and application improvements as part of that work.
